Description

Galileosky Base Block Wi-Fi is a GPS / GLONASS device designed for vehicles monitoring in areas with missing or poor GSM networks coverage. The solution is especially important for the agricultural and extractive industries, as well as in all cases where the best way to receive and transmit data are Wi-Fi devices. If there is no need for online monitoring, setting up a Wi-Fi connection will help reducing the cost of data transmission.

Galileosky Base Block Wi-Fi supports RS232, RS485 and 1-wire protocols and allows you to connect a wide range of additional equipment, configure data transfer from the CAN bus and additional devices, and arrange two-way communication with the driver or operator.

Unlimited functionality extension options
With GPS / GLONASS Base Block Wi-Fi equipment, you can apply Easy Logic self-programming technology and solve tasks of any complexity. It is applicable not only in the field of vehicle monitoring, but also in the remote management of stationary objects.
With Easy Logic technology, you can define your own algorithms for Galileosky trackers even not requiring the deep knowledge of programming. For example, you can automate the control of technological processes or set up an alert in the event of equipment failure upon the specified parameters.

Monitoring the vehicle’s performance
By direct connecting to the CAN bus, you can receive information from any electronic devices installed in the vehicle. Thanks to CAN support you can find information about the total mileage, engine speed, engine hours, coolant temperature and many more. By combining data transfer from the CAN bus and Easy Logic programming technology, you can implement not only monitoring of vehicles, but also stationary objects.
When connecting additional sensors, users are informed about the doors’ opening and tire pressure. Integration with refrigeration equipment provides continuous control of temperature and humidity.

Discipline control
Base Block Wi-Fi allows you to use RFID tags and iButton keys to identify drivers, organize monitoring of work and rest time, fuel consumption and avoiding the fuel discharge. All this is possible thanks to RS232, RS485 and 1-Wire interfaces support.
In addition to this, the installation of weight sensors will prevent overloading of equipment or theft of goods, as well as ensure receiving reports indicating the location, time and weight of the loading.

Data transmission reliability
Base Block Wi-Fi has the highest protection level thanks to the metal anti-vandal body. High-quality electronic components and multi-stage testing of devices during production process provide reliability of the equipment and a service life of more than 10 years.
Additional durability is provided with the resistance to voltage surges feature, and there is the capacity to remain functional even after applying a voltage of up to 200 V. Furthermore, the device has an in-built rechargeable battery which allows you to maintain autonomous work for up to 8 hours.
Galileosky Base Block Wi-Fi has an internal non-volatile flash memory with a capacity of 16 MB, and the option to install an SD card of up to 32 GB. Such memory capacity guarantees the data safety and integrity, even in case the GSM network is lost.
